Hello! We will announce the upcoming marketplace for music education in Southeast Asia!
#SEAMEX (Southeast Asia Music Education Exchange) is the first dedicated marketplace for music education in Southeast Asia. It fills the information void and presents the music education players in the region, thereby branding the music education industry in Southeast Asia.The theme of this third edition of SEAMEX 2019 Indonesia is “Music, Sphere, and Interconnected Generations” in line with the vision of SEAMEX the first music education exchange platform in Southeast Asia. SEAMEX 2019 serves as the bridge for cross generations to gather in music sphere with full happiness. A hundred of music professionals from 10 ASEAN countries will come together to share ideas, explore opportunities and build a solid network. Other international country representatives are also invited to participate in the dialogues.Mark your date! Musisi asal Prancis yang tergabung dalam Compagnie Kotekan memukau penonton dengan memadukan gamelan dan instrumen musik Barat dalam Konser Gamelan Yogyakarta Gamelan Festival (YGF) 2026. Aksi tersebut berlangsung di Plaza Ngasem, Yogyakarta, Jumat (31/7/2026).
Konser Gamelan yang menjadi bagian utama YGF 2026 ini berlangsung hingga Minggu (2/8/2026). Acara diikuti oleh musisi dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia serta sejumlah negara asing. Melalui perhelatan ini, penyelenggara ingin mengajak masyarakat merasakan kembali gamelan bukan sekadar sebagai instrumen musik, melainkan sebagai sumber sukacita, ruang kebersamaan, dan penyegaran batin.
Penampilan Compagnie Kotekan menjadi salah satu highlight hari pertama. Mereka memadukan bunyi gamelan Jawa dengan elemen musik Barat, menciptakan harmoni yang segar sekaligus tetap menghormati akar tradisi. Penonton yang hadir di Plaza Ngasem tampak antusias menyaksikan kolaborasi lintas budaya tersebut.
Yogyakarta Gamelan Festival 2026 kembali menegaskan posisinya sebagai ajang pertemuan seniman gamelan dari dalam dan luar negeri. Selain konser, festival ini juga menjadi ruang dialog budaya yang mempertemukan generasi muda dengan warisan musik tradisional Indonesia.
